- NQORO — registered trademark or in the process of registration before IMPI
- Φ (symbol) — used as a distinctive graphic element of NQORO
- Código Áureo / Golden Code — editorial name of the NQORO catalogue
- Color palette, typography and visual system associated with NQORO
Any unauthorized use of these signs may constitute infringement and trigger the civil, administrative and criminal actions provided for by law.
2. Copyright
The site, its source code, design, information architecture, editorial texts, photographs and videos are the work of NQORO or of third parties that have licensed their use. They are protected by the Federal Copyright Law and treaties such as the Berne Convention.
3. Photographs and copy
Product, hero and editorial photographs are the work of Naye Quiros and contracted collaborators. Editorial texts (essays at /editorial) are original work. Reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative work without prior written authorization is prohibited.

- Identification of the allegedly infringed work
- Exact URL where it appears on NQORO
- Proof of your ownership
- Good-faith statement and contact details
We investigate within a maximum of 7 business days. If confirmed, we take down the content and, where applicable, initiate legal proceedings against whoever uploaded it.
7. License for user-generated content
By uploading reviews, RMA photos, messages or any material to NQORO you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and revocable license to use, reproduce and display that content only in the NQORO context (product page, reviews, official social channels, related marketing materials). You retain your copyright.
