Every NQORO piece is produced with carefully chosen materials and stitching reviewed piece by piece. Even so, manufacturing defects undetectable at packing may appear — this warranty covers them.

2. What is NOT covered
- Normal wear and tear (gradual fading from time and sun)
- Misuse, incorrect washing (see care label)
- Accidents, burns, tears caused by third parties
- Modifications by the customer or third parties not affiliated with NQORO
- Minor tone variations between pieces from the same batch (a natural-fabric characteristic; not a defect)
3. How to file a warranty claim
- Email soporte@nqoro.com with your order number, a description of the defect and photos of the issue
- Our team replies within 48 business hours with the next step
- If we approve the warranty:
- Replacement: we ship a new piece upon receiving the defective one (free return label)
- Repair if viable and you prefer it
- Full refundif no replacement stock and you don't want to wait
4. Proper care
The warranty applies provided you have followed the care instructions on the garment label and in the confirmation email. If you cannot find the label, write to us with the SKU and we will send the instructions.
5. Relationship with the returns policy
The warranty focuses on manufacturing defects and has longer windows than the returns policy. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, you can also use our returns policy (30 days), whose process is faster.
6. Consumer rights
This warranty does not limit the rights granted to you by the Federal Consumer Protection Law. You may approach PROFECO for conciliation if we do not reach an agreement.
